The 2025 Archdiocesan Annual Assembly was held at St Thomas Church in Farmington Hills, MI, September 25, 26 & 27. Farmington Hills is roughly 30 miles north/northwest of downtown Detroit and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

On Thursday, September 25, clergy met with the bishop that afternoon/evening at the parish, while the Cathedral delegates hosted a dessert party at the hotel for the lay delegates and observers. On Friday, the day began with the parakelis to Saint George in the church; the plenary session follow afterwards in the parish hall. The day ended with a banquet at another location. Saturday morning will begin with a hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the parish, followed by another light meal before the delegates depart.
